1* Beginners
Exactly what it says on the tin! The beginners group is for people who are new to padel or want to play with other beginners to build confidence. If it is your first time on a padel court or you are in the early months of picking up the sport, this is the group for you. We can’t wait to see you progress!
2* Low Intermediate
Do you serve and return consistently? Do you know how to get to the net and volley? Some shots are still tricky, like lobbing off the return or playing some balls off the back glass, but you’re getting to grips with it little by little. If this sounds like you, this is your group! Let’s start building your skills!
3* Intermediate
You’ve got all of the skills of a low intermediate player, but you have started to play with a greater consistency and generally feel more confident whilst volleying, lobbing and using the back glass. It’s time to get you utilising the net more to win points and playing with even more situations thrown into the mix!
4* High Intermediate
Players in this category can apply pressure with volleys and smashes, winning points with patience and consistency. You feel confident in most situations. We’ll start to progress to a higher tactical awareness of the game!
5* Advanced
You’re confident in all game situations and understand the tactical aspects of the game, rarely making poor shot selections and being strong under pressure. The majority of points are won because of strong net play and smashes. Rallies are long, with play switching from the front of the court, to the back. Balls are regularly returned after hitting the double glass. It’s time to raise your level when competing! Most of our progress will be working with situational play and partner dynamics.

It is also fast, fun and easy to learn - no sporting experience is required, making it a great activity for a group with varying abilities and experience levels.
Book a court yourself to run your event independently, or send us an email if you would like some support at your event, to teach the rules or structure the session.
Located next to The Pavilion at BOSC, there is the opportunity for food and drinks as well.
